We've designed our rental process to feel as easy and straightforward as possible. Here's how it works.

1. Reach Out

Share your event date and what kind of pieces you're looking for or simply tell us you're not sure yet. We'll take it from there. A general idea is enough to get started.

2. We'll Help You Select

We'll guide you toward pieces that work beautifully together and fit your budget. Thoughtful recommendations based on what feels right for your celebration.

3. Book Your Rentals

Once we've confirmed availability, a deposit secures your date and selection(s). We'll send you all the details so you know exactly what to expect.

4. Delivery & Styling

We deliver, place, and style all decor at your venue. After your event, we handle retrieval and breakdown. You focus on being present — we take care of the logistics.

Do I need to know exactly what I want before reaching out?

Not at all. Many of our clients come to us with a date and a general vibe. We’ll help you narrow things down and figure out what works best.

A few helpful things to keep in mind

Rental Durations
Most rentals are designed as one-day or weekend experiences. Select items are available for multi-day rental on request.

Limited Availability Per Date
We intentionally limit how many rentals we book each date to ensure your celebration receives the attention and care it deserves. If you have a date in mind, we recommend reaching out early.

Care Expectations
We ask that rental items be returned in the same condition they were received, minus normal wear and tear.

Weather Considerations
For outdoor events, some rental items may not be suitable for rain, high winds, or severe conditions. We'll work with you to adjust your rental selections when needed.
